Dear SWAT 4 Community,
 
MarkMods just released a Mod which fixes your game server problems.
This mod will fix connectivity issues to your game server + Query problems. (GameTracker is still not working, waiting for GameTracker to reply..).
 
The Mod becomes available as a patch for the Gez Mod v22 & Mark Mod v13.

In 1 or 2 days MarkMods will release a Client Mod which will fix the Master Server List problems for all clients, please be patience!

reconfigured the server with your patch and changing the port to 10481 and webadmin stopped working!

On which port is your webadmin running now then?
Could you copy the related config lines of Swat4(X)DedicatedServer.ini? I'm afraid you've mixed up some ports in there...

Your config seems alright.
1. Could you upload your Swat4(X)DedicatedServer.log?
2. What's your server ip address, so I can check?

I solved the problem was that I had installed the mod v.22 Gez in the ves markmod only v.13 and v.13 changed for all solved!

http://www.markmods.com/swat4masterserver/ is the answer to your question :)
In the Swat4(X)DedicatedServer.log file should a message be displayed as well.
1 or 2 days and you'll be able to see it ingame (with the patch) as well :)

Mark i have an advanced question for you. As you know there are many gameserver panels and they all still "points" to GameSpy v2 for Swat4. What's the difference between your masterserver and GameSpy one? I mean are you using the same logic and variables of GameSpy? If it's so can the alternative URL of the masterserver be considered as the only difference?

I ask this because i'm going to contact Gamecreate and TCAdmin staff to let them know that there's a ""new"" masterserver and ""query protocol"" for this game.

Another question - any update on when ability to register servers on GT will be added? HoP server is registered both on GT and MM Masterserver, also some other servers are newly added to GT (though not on your list). Thanks

@Rev: it's gamespy v1 protocol the SWAT4 game servers are using now.
@Mig: I won't start on a new patch before 2 November, need to do some studying as well. I can't say when you could expect a new patch. Did you contact HoP if they are willing to share their fix? I am willing to include it, distribute it and maintain it.
